If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — quickly and fairly.


30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused or lightly tested

  • The item must be in good condition

  • Original packaging (where applicable) should be included

For hygiene and safety reasons, products showing excessive use may not be eligible for return.


Packaging Variations

During periods of high demand or inventory transitions, products may occasionally be delivered in neutral or alternative outer packaging.

Outer packaging variations alone do not constitute a defect or eligibility for return, provided that the formulation, ingredients, specifications, and performance remain consistent with the product description.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, we’re happy to assist with an exchange (subject to product condition and availability).

Shipping costs related to voluntary exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and logistical reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products with significant use or visible wear

  • Items missing essential components or packaging

  • Final-sale or heavily discounted promotional items (if applicable)

This does not affect your rights in cases of defective or incorrect items.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Bank processing times may take 3–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, the standard return process applies.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution, as payment providers require investigation before funds can be released.
